REILLY, Minnie Bittle - Putnam

Minnie Jane Reilly, 100, 1131 S. Washington Street died at 11:36 p.m. Saturday June 17, 1889 in Howard Community Hospital.  She was born Oct 30, 1888 in Putnam County, a daughter of William and Laura Ellen (Jessup) Bittle. Sept 30, 1908 in Putnam County, she married Curtis W. Reilly, who died May 14, 1971.  Formerly of Lebanon, Reilly was a member of First United Church of Christ in Lebanon. She also had lived in Greencastle, Fillmore and Clermont. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Pauline) Thompson of Kokomo; a granddaughter and three great grandsons. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Myers Mortuary at Lebanon.  The Rev. Verlin Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Fillmore Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the mortuary.  Memorial contributions may be made to First United Church of Christ in Lebanon.  - kbz
